As the owner of a mobile bike shop, Sean spends as much time working on and test riding other people’s bikes as his own, but when he can he likes to get out on his nine and a half bikes (like handbags and shoes – a different one for different occasions-and no, I doesn’t play favorites with them), come sun, rain, or snow on the roads and trails of New England or around the world, courtesy of Zwift! He’s also active in the cycling community, having ran an Earn-A-Bike program for urban youth, sat on the Board of Directors for the CT River chapters of the New England Mountain Bike Association (NEMBA) and MassBike (where he also worked as the statewide education coordinator), sat on his city’s Bicycling and Pedestrian Committee, and currently serves as the treasurer of this local cycling club (the Northampton Cycling Club)
Besides cycling, Sean has worked as an outdoor guide, leading a range of other activities such as hiking, backpacking, rock and ice climbing, and kayaking.
