Will I need ID?
You will not need to provide an ID to attend the show, just your ticket!
Will there be food carts/stations?
Yes, there will be a café and food stations in the hall to purchase a variety of food and beverages.

Can I bring a backpack into the show?
Yes, the venue has security scanners so you may be asked to have your bag searched at the entrance. The venue does not offer a cloakroom for coats or bags.
How do I book a stand/find out about exhibiting?
You can speak directly to our Event Manager Stefan Parker who would be happy to discuss opportunities to get involved in the expo – he can be reached via email at [email protected]
Do I need to register or pay to see a speaker?
No, all speaker talks and panels are free-to-attend and we offer first come, first served seating
Do you have a Show Guide/Brochure?
Yes, our Show Guide is digital and will be available from the homepage of our website in the days leading up to the show.
Are you an exhibitor and need more help?
We will release the Exhibitor Manual closer to the time of the show which contains everything you need to know about Exhibiting at our show. If you need to speak to someone please email [email protected] and Debbie will be happy to help.

Tickets
Where do I get tickets?
You can book your tickets through SeeTickets when our box office opens later in the year. Subscribe here to get the latest news & updates surrounding the show, and also a free ticket when our box office launches.
When will I get my ticket?
You will receive a confirmation email when you register for your tickets. E-Tickets will be sent out at least a week before the event. Bring your ticket along to the expo on your mobile and the scanning team will scan your ticket on the way into the expo. If you have any issues with your tickets, the Raccoon Team will be on hand at the registration desk to assist
Which days are my ticket for?
Complimentary weekend tickets using a ticket code will grant you access throughout the entire weekend. Day tickets will be purchasable closer to the show when free tickets are no longer available.
Can I bring children with me?
Any adult can bring a child under 16 without charge, you can book this ticket when you book your own ticket. If you need to book a child ticket separately, please contact us at [email protected] so we can add this on to your order. Alternatively you can head to the registration desk outside the show hall to register a child ticket.

There is free parking for cars, trucks, buses and RVs

Only support animals are allowed inside the Hall.
