Sarah LaCourse is a small business owner, podcast host, four-season hiker, and coach. Between growing up competing nationally in jump-rope and many family camping trips, a love for both endurance sports and the outdoors was born. As a Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist, Sarah coaches endurance athletes and enthusiasts around strength training and sports nutrition. She is also a Certified Eating Disorder Recovery Coach. Her mission is to promote the importance of cultivating a sustainable approach for the long-game. Behind the mic on the Pursuing Endurance Podcast, Sarah discusses endurance through the lens of sport (mainly the mountain variety), entrepreneurship, and eating disorder recovery. She also advocates for women’s health and shares her personal experience with Endometriosis and how chronic pain intersects with activity related goals. Sarah lives in the Mount Washington Valley of New Hampshire.
