An avid outdoorswomen, Kat enjoys hiking, backpacking, paddling, and camping. With a focus on personal growth, she seeks to push her own limits in the field of outdoor recreation while normalizing women as capable and relevant adventurers. An accomplished solo hiker, Kat is working through the obligatory northeast hiking lists, including the ADK 46 and the NH 48. However, closest to her heart is finding those hidden gems and un-hyped-up routes that offer solitude and an opportunity for connection with nature and herself. Kat is the founder of Inua Trails whose mission is to create digital content to inspire the underrepresented, the anxious, the self-doubters, the newbies, and the pros to recreate responsibly, find new trails, and #hikebeyondthehype.
