I am a physician with a special interest in exercise physiology and sports injuries, focusing on running and training. My main interest is the pathology of sports related injuries and the impact on the body and the healing process. I attended medical school at the University of Michigan and my residency training was at the Cleveland Clinic. I have been practicing medicine for 30 years.
I have been running for over 40 years and have raced at a variety of distances. I train with and coach a group of local runners. We counsel and provide guidance on training, nutrition, injury prevention, and treatment.
