The Boston Outdoor Expo is thrilled to announce that Special Forces operator, Rudy Reyes, will be speaking at The Boston Outdoor Expo 2024.
The Boston Outdoor Expo is set for a huge launch this April, 27-28 2024 at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center. The consumer expo will host thousands of outdoor enthusiasts and aims to provide visitors with gear, advice and experiences to inspire them.
Rudy is a highly decorated Special Forces operator with experience of leading over 50 patrols behind enemy lines, resulting in several TV series being based on his experiences.
After leaving the military, Rudy spent time in Africa where he trained wildlife preserve rangers in anti-poaching tactics and later went on to found ‘Force Blue’ a Veteran Non Profit which pairs former Special Operators with Marine Scientists to work rebuilding and restoring coral reefs, saving turtles, and working within the conservation community.
Reyes joins the line-up on the Inspiration Stage with other speakers such as adaptive ice climber Kimber Cross, outdoors activist and author Mirna Valerio, ultra running legend Scott Jurek, and world renown British explorer Sir Ranulph Fiennes and more. Visitors will also have the opportunity to shop from a wide range of renowned brands including popular names such as Hoka, Brooks, Altra, CLIP, CB Sports, DryFoxCo, Hoka, LiteAF, Stoke Therapy, USWE and more. Eastern Mountain Sports will retail brands including North Face, Big Agnes, Smart Wool and Cotopaxi whilst Colorado Ski Shop will retail Salomon, Head, Wilson, Giant and Santa Cruz.
